OPERATING AND ACCOMMODATION RULES TiLi Apartments

  1. Each guest is obliged to read and comply with these Operating and Accommodation Rules.
  2. By paying for the accommodation, the guest declares that he/she has read and fully understood these Operating and Accommodation Regulations.
  3. The Operating and Accommodation Rules of TiLi Apartments are binding for all guests and persons staying on the premises. Any guest or person who violates the Operating and Accommodation Rules will be evicted from the Apartments without compensation.
  4. ENTRY TO AND USE OF THE APARTMENTS IS PERMITTED ONLY TO THE ACCOMMODATED GUESTS.
    In the event that it is discovered that a person is staying in the apartment who is not listed in the order and is not reported to the provider/delegate, the provider is entitled to demand an increase of 50% of the total price of the accommodation, or all accommodated guests are forced to terminate their stay and leave the apartment without refund.
  5. Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in time for the accommodation units is from 2.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. The guest is obliged to leave the accommodation unit on the day of the end of the stay from 8.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m., to put it in its original condition (also turn off the lights, close the windows and doors), hand over the key to the delegate. If the guest fails to comply with this deadline, the provider is entitled to charge the price of accommodation for the next day.
  6. Guests staying at TiLi Apartments are obliged to keep the apartments clean and tidy, inside and outside the apartments, and to dispose of municipal waste only in the containers in the designated places (more in the guest book in our apartments).
  7. It is strictly forbidden to dispose of fish, dead animals and hot ashes in containers, and it is also forbidden to dispose of bulky and hazardous waste in the entire area of the apartments.
  8. The guest is liable for damages caused to the property of the provider according to generally binding regulations.
  9. In the event of damage or destruction of the provider’s equipment, the guest or person staying at the property will be charged according to the actual amount of the damage.
  10. A night-time silence must be observed between 00.00 and 7.00.
  11. Guests staying in the apartments and persons in the apartments are obliged to comply with the fire alarm guidelines. In the event of a fire, use a fire extinguisher and call the fire brigade and delegate immediately. There is a strict ban on smoking, lighting fires and barbecues inside the apartments.
  12. Parents or their legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children when moving around the interior and exterior of the apartments!
  13. Dogs and other animals are not allowed in and around the apartments (unless otherwise agreed).
  14. The Provider is not liable for money, personal documents and other valuable belongings of the guests.
  15. The Provider/delegate is entitled not to allow entry to the Apartments to persons who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or other addictive and narcotic substances, persons who are excessively noisy or otherwise disturbing order, peace and good morals, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., as well as the Provider is entitled to evict such persons from the accommodation without the right to a refund.
  16. It is forbidden to damage, arbitrarily alter or otherwise dispose of the greenery throughout the TiLi Apartments premises.
  17. In the event of early termination of the stay by the guest, the accommodation provider will not refund any fees, even in the case of serious reasons such as illness, natural disasters, etc.!
  18. All guests are obliged to respect and follow the instructions of the provider/delegate and to respect the operating and accommodation rules.
  19. The Provider is the controller of the Guest’s personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 96/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”) and undertakes to act in accordance with the Regulation when managing the Guest’s personal data. The provider informs the guest within the meaning of Article 13 of the Regulation before booking the accommodation (before concluding the accommodation contract) about the processing in accordance with the Regulation required consent, the provider processes only on the basis of this consent.
